I started a small handmade candle business from my hostel room, selling to classmates and local buyers, but every order I got was because of word of mouth, never because of how my page looked. My logo was a basic text file, my packaging was plain tape and paper, and buyers kept asking if the brand was even real. A friend studying marketing pointed me toward Kamal Baber after seeing proper brand identity and packaging work done for another small seller.
